Exporting Unanswered Questions

Dante AI’s unanswered question recognition will automatically detect whenever a question has not been answered on your chatbot. You do not need to do anything to set this up. By reviewing the unanswered questions you can gain valuable insights to optimize your chatbot for the highest possible quality of responses and to ensure that no questions are left unanswered in future interactions.

To view the conversations with unanswered questions, whilst viewing the chat records, select the relevant chatbot and the time frame you want to view. Click on ‘Export’ and select ‘Unanswered Questions’ to export your unanswered question data.
