Click on ‘Safety’ and you can turn your chatbot on or off by toggling the ‘Chatbot on/off’ option.

You can set the maximum credits allowance for users accessing your chatbot, for example, setting a limit of 10 could help keep control of your credit consumption on a per-conversion basis. If you want this to be unlimited, input ‘0’.

You can set the maximum message allowance for users accessing your chatbot, per conversation. If you want this to be unlimited, input ‘0’.

You can also set a time limit interval for messages sent by users of your chatbot, for example, only allowing each user to send three messages every minute. This will ensure you are protected from unauthorized bot access to your chatbot. If you want this to be unlimited, input ‘0’ messages every ‘0’ minutes.
