Using the Auto-Refresh Feature

If the content of your files is expected to change and you want to keep your chatbot up to date, for example with Google Drive documents or websites being updated, you can use the auto-refresh feature. You can set a training schedule for automatic updates. Your chatbot will retrain at these intervals to incorporate any new data.

Choose the frequency for your auto-fresh daily or weekly - and then specify which day (if weekly), and the time for auto-refresh, with the hour and minute. Click ‘Set Auto-Refresh’ to confirm these settings.
