Deleting Existing Content

To delete single files or URLs from your chatbot, click the delete icon next to the piece of content you want to remove.

You can delete multiple files or URLs by selecting the tick-box next to ‘File name’ or selecting individual tick boxes, and then selecting the delete icon next to the search box.

Click ‘Update’ to retrain your chatbot.
